We offer both the Food Protection Manager Certification as well as the food handler training program and books. We can sell books to operations that have a Food professional manager on staff and will do the training in house

Our courses meet weekly in many different locations. We are able to come to your operation and train on premise as well.

The New Food Service Laws require every food service operation to have a certified food protection manger at location during production hours.  Please click on books and classes tabs above to sign up for a class.


We also do Responsible vendor training for your locations to stay compliant  with FL Statute 561.705 Responsible vendor qualification. --To qualify as a responsible vendor, the vendor must train each employee alcohol awareness training with in first 30 days of hire and retrain every 120 days.
